They are capable, experienced, and have lived a great deal of life. And still, they find themselves second-guessing decisions, hesitating, or feeling disconnected from their clarity and direction.
Mary’s work begins there.
She helps women quiet the inner critic and build an inner cheer squad that is grounded, honest, and strong — not performative or falsely positive. From this foundation, Mary does something many coaching approaches overlook: she aligns inner confidence with outer confidence.

Mary’s unique approach combines formal training in Nursing and Psychotherapy with a wealth of real-world experience. After more than 20 years as a Nurse, she transitioned into Psychotherapy and founded a thriving private practice in Melbourne, Australia, where she supported countless clients over 16 years. Her career evolution—from healthcare to mental health to personal empowerment—has positioned Mary as a trusted guide for women seeking renewed confidence, purpose, and fulfillment.
Alongside this inner work, Mary brings a highly practical approach to business and life strategy. With over three decades of professional experience across healthcare, psychotherapy, entrepreneurship, and coaching, she is known for her ability to turn insight into clear, grounded action. Her clients value her capacity to cut through noise, simplify complexity, and help them see the way forward.
Mary is a respected international speaker and coach, working with women globally on confidence, clarity, and leadership in the second half of life. In 2025, she spoke at Generational Women Australia, contributing to conversations on leadership, identity, and self-trust for women at this stage of life. In March 2026, Mary will also present internationally in France, continuing her work on grounded leadership and confidence.
